There is nothing like waiting for a new family member. A mother-to-be is in her last months of pregnancy and can't stop thinking about the moment she would meet her ƄeƄé.

Over 40 weeks, many mothers begin to imagine what their little one will be like. In this case, the sweet girl would arrive with a big surprise that would leave everyone completely shocked.

La ƄeƄé was born in the city of HuataƄaмpo in northern Mexico.

When the day came, the family went to the hospital. It was a natural birth and everything went very well. As soon as the doctors took the ƄeƄé in her arms, she began to cry and that was when they realized something very particular.

Despite being just a newborn, she had two lower teeth. Her happy faces quickly turned into astonished expressions. Luckily she had nothing to worry about.

Most natal or neonatal teeth stop being extracted.

This is a phenomenon known as premature dentition. Her parents had not heard anything about it so they began to fear that something was not right with the health of the ƄeƄé. Fortunately, it is something completely harmless to the health of the little girl, but it is very rare.

“It is something very rare. They are supernumerary teeth that have to be extracted”.

Specialists have not yet found the reason why this curious phenomenon occurs. In some cases it is due to hereditary factors and in others it has to be with a problem such as a sunken palate. Fortunately, in the case of this ƄeƄé everything seems to be going well.

It is estimated that only 1 in 500 ƄeƄés are born with teeth.

She is completely healthy and the only thing the doctors pointed out is that it can be a bit painful for the mother when breastfeeding. It may even be a reason for the girl to reject her mother's milk.

"There is no mathematical rule for the age at which teeth come in but it is usually between 6 and 8 months of age."

Now, the family is celebrating the arrival of the little girl. Her teeth turned out to be nothing more than a huge surprise but completely harmless. The most important thing is that she is happy and surrounded by the love of her parents.
