"Birth in Harmony: Mother's Brave Beachside Delivery amidst the Beauty of Nature"_Baby Angel

Josy Peυkert's experience is extraordinary, as water 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡s have been happening for some time. On February 27, she gave 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡 to her baby in the Pacific Ocean, without any prenatal diagnostic tests.

The moment of birth was captured on film by her spouse and shared on Instagram, garnering numerous views and comments instantly. This unique water 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡 occurred at Playa Majagual in Nicaragua, with the footage being released on the same day.

This type of 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡 is known as "free 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡," involving no medical assistance. Josy's partner accompanied her to the beach, bringing necessary tools such as towels and a sieve to capture the after𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡.

Josy had been observing the tidal conditions for many days before choosing that day for the birth. When she went into labor, her husband took her to the beach. The rhythmic waves seemed to match her contractions, making her feel fantastic.

In the video, she is seen kneeling in the surf, and in one clip, she proudly shows her newborn to the camera, with the umbilical cord still attached. After the 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡, Josy returned to the waters of the Pacific Ocean to cool off. She then got dressed and went home with her husband and the 3.5-kilogram baby.

Josy desired a medical-aid-free delivery to avoid worries, especially after her traumatic first delivery and her second child's home birth with the assistance of a midwife, which she found unnecessary.

Social media received a mix of positive and negative comments, with some expressing concerns about potential health issues for both mother and baby. Infections, hemorrhage, and other problems could have arisen during the birth. However, Josy wanted to convey that she and the infant are doing well.
