Every year, the International Association of Professional Birth Photographers (IAPBP) holds a photo contest to celebrate the important work of photographers in capturing the precious moment of birth.
Due to the complicated disease situation, in 2020 the International Association of Professional Birth Photographers decided to organize the contest in an online form. Photographers participating in the contest will submit their works in specific categories such as labor, birth, postpartum, birth details.
In addition, this year, IAPBP also opened a new category called 48 hours postpartum - where the photographer captures the first hours of the baby, but not during labor and delivery.
