A dog neglected by an alcoholic owner, whose whole body was "locked" in dirty fur of nearly 2 kg has been rescued.
When rescue arrived, the dog's coat in Poland was so dirty and heavy that it was almost impossible for the dog to move properly.
The dog was taken to the rescue station and was shaved 1.8 kg of hair, thanks to which he "lost" half of his weight.
The dog has been given a new name, Farciarz, which means "luck" in Polish.
Police are investigating the dog's owner, initially determining that this person has an alcohol addiction problem.
