Video: Rescuing the dog retrieved for 2 days in the fire rift

The dog was trapped in a volcanic rift for two days and the Hawaiian explorer had to climb inside to pull the dog out.

Kawika Singson, a Hawaiian explorer, is quite famous on the island for his adventures and often ventures close to the volcano to photograph the eruption.

So when a dog was discovered falling into a volcanic rift everyone immediately thought of Kawika Singson.

The dog has been missing for 2 days, through the collar attached to the GPS, it shows that it fell into a fissure on the Kilauea volcano, Hilo island. Kilauea is an active volcano in Hawaii, erupting continuously for more than 3 decades.

Kawika Singson shared: "I received a text message about a dog falling in a volcano in the rainforest and asked for my help. I drove about 160 km to try to rescue him. dog".

The dog, named Malka, belongs to a teenager named Cody. After talking with Cody and the rescue team, Kawika Singson decided to move down the rift despite knowing that he had to face sudden high temperatures and toxic gases.

Video recording the incident shows Kawika Singson equipping the necessary furniture and equipment and then starting to go down the crevice. The man saw the dog stuck in the middle of the rock. He grabbed it by the neck before securing it to the seatbelt and slowly pulled it out of the small crevice toward the rescue team waiting above.

Finally, Kawika Singson pushed the dog out of the crevice and slowly climbed out. Fortunately, the dog was not injured after falling into the ravine about 7 meters and two days without food and water.

Rescuing a dog that fell into a volcanic fissure increases Kawika Singson's record in relation to an area that not everyone is brave enough to get close to.

In 2013, Kawika Singson endured the intense heat of lava flows to get this photo from the top of a Hawaiian volcano. He was standing on a thin layer of rock just a few centimeters away from the magma, his tripod and shoe ignited violently.

In 2015, he tried to capture the eruption of Kilauea volcano in sharp detail. Stunning footage captures the area between Waikupanaha and Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, off the coast of the Big Island.
